Tea leaves are drying using Air condition technology maintaining the temperature below 55°C.Also drying is done in fully hygienic manner, because the dryer is sealed type. Therefore it is not exposing to outside environment.
Low temperature drying improves above characteristics while Imparting the characteristic taste and aroma.Quality of tea is greatly influenced by physical, chemical and thermodynamic conditions of various processes involved in its manufacturing and the time duration for these processes. Drying is the last step and it gives quality to the brew as well as removes moisture, arrest fermentation, reduce volume and increase shelf life. Tea leaves are dried using air condition drying technology, where all the unique attributes can be protected.
